Curtis and his team are professional, knowledgeable and get to the point. They will match Costco tires and are a wonderful team to take my cars to! Love this Manager and love this team! They handle German vehicles also!

Chay and the team at the Riverton location have always treated my truck with great care. There is not ever a miscommunication between what services I need and what is done. I like to keep vehicle maintenance within one location and I am so glad that they have always been respectful and have great communication. That is what is extremely important to me, and of course the quality in work they have provided. Thank you!

These guys are awesome. They are fair. They notice when I might need maintenance in the future but don’t upsale. They told me at my last appointment my brakes were starting to wear down but could wait until my next appointment so I was able to budget and be ready for it.

Victor took amazing care of us. He was extremely kind and informative. He took great care of us and was very honest and went above and beyond with his help! Because of him and a good price I will return to this location and won’t go back to Les Schwab (where we have always gone).

Victor was awesome. He took care of my situation and went above and beyond. 2 tires had to be brought in and was able to get them same day and put on my car despite being close to closing time. He was so kind and so professional and everyone there was working hard. They loaded up my other tires and got me on the road before the storm started. My husband is out of town for work and I was worried about driving my kids around on tires that had proven in the last week to not be good ones for the snow. Big O was the only tire company who could not only help me, but take care of me the same day in the middle of winter when these tires were hard to come by. I will be back again and again because of how I was treated and Victor deserves major credit for that.

Always a friendly greeting when I arrive Victor and Chai are very professional and get right on working on my vehicle to get me out as quickly as possible. These two gentlemen, are exceptional human beings.
