Big O Tires

Good prices. I needed new tires and big O had the best prices.

I am ALWAYS highly satisfied with my experience at this Big O location. Everything is explained so I understand it. The mechanics get it right the first time, so I don't have to keep going back and my money is not wasted trying to solve the problem, or spent training new mechanics. Thank you Chay and Victor for caring about your customers.

I did not have a scheduled appointment, but the service representative was able to get my vehicle serviced quickly and easily.

I just drove in for a late emmisions inspection and they did it in about 15 min. I thought Id' be there much longer. I drive past Burt Brothers all the time becuase I reated so well at Big O and even though Im a woman they don't treat me like I don't know anything. I do know many things, they have no idea what I know and don't know. I like that they are fast respectful and efficient.

They had a set of rims that fit perfectly, looked great and were given to me at cost since they were a special order that cancelled. It worked out perfect, cost was a little higher than I expected because I had to purchase 4 new tires, but I got a deal on those too. My only concern is that its pretty bumpy still while driving on the freeway, an alignment was done the day after the visit, and I know that shocks and struts are necessary to be done next, but if its still bumpy would I be able to have them check the alignment again?

I was on my way home and discovered I had a flat tire. I've heard good things about Big-O, so I stopped and asked if they could look at it. They got it in right away and I watched their technician thoroughly inspect the tire, several ways, and I was impressed with the diligence. Especially since they fixed the slow leak, but because I'd had to drive on the flat (I hadn't discovered it until after I'd been on the freeway and it was all the way flat--stupid me, didn't realize it), the tire wouldn't seal any more. So I had to lose the tire. Still, I had one at home that fit the truck, and they let me find a ride home to pick it up and get back. All in all, they were professional, understanding, and gave me the best deal possible. I'll be back.

I have been using BIG O for all my vehicles. Just wish there was a preferred customer discount. I think in the last 3 months I’ve probably spent 10-12000 . Not just Jo blow the customer, I too run a business and treat my loyal customers. Those who spend more on their vehicles. With a loyalty or preferred rate prices.

They were running behind and my truck didn't get pulled into the garage for 45 minutes while I sat and waited. Also, I think the tires were priced the lowest in the area, but the TPMS sensors were grossly inflated. $300+ for 4 sensors that commonly sell for $40-$50. I get that they installed them, too, but I watched the mechanic do it and it took him about 1 minute for each tire.
