Big O Tires

Overall the team was great, but I did not receive an estimate for the work to be completed. Perhaps that is not what is done anymore and maybe I was supposed to ask for an estimate before I left the store, but I feel like there should be some sort of estimate given when the vehicle is dropped off so that I can compare and contrast what changes took place from estimate when dropping off to actual final cost. When you drop a vehicle for (Dodge Ram 2020 2500) for an oil change, a fuel filter change, and a tire rotation and balance (balance was an upsell that I agreed to when dropping off) you don't think initially that we are talking close to $900 as the cost. It is true that during the balance and rotate it was revealed that a toe adjustment would be wise, I agreed to that, but again, since you didn't already think it would be $650 plus for an oil change, tire rotate/balance and fuel filters and was not informed at time of call for alignment what that cost would be, I was a bit sticker shocked at a bill close to $900 in total. If we had started with a printed estimate I could carry out, then perhaps I would not have felt the sticker shock. I was still happy with Chi when all finished

First, you sold me a garage tire, second how does 3 tires ware down evenly and one was completely bald? Hmmmmmmm, big o is the only ones to touch the tires.

When I dropped off my truck to have the brakes serviced, I requested to have the tires rotated. This was not done when I arrived. Travis did however get it done quickly and I didn't have to wait much longer. Overall, I do trust this location and this team. I will come back for other services. Thank you Big O Riverton team!!

Nothing about the visit was bad! I had a great t visit. Yeah I wasn’t thrilled about the cost of the tire but that’s no one’s fault. I was bummed that my tire replacement wasn’t covered by the warranty due to where the hole was located but again it’s understandable.

Communication was lacking. I had to call to get an update on my car. When I called, they told me they would call me later in the day and give me an update. They never called.

Can you buy one Alignment or is it always a package, very expensive. In the past other locations did alignment for free when I had tires put on. The price was 100’s of dollars over what I was expecting. Did not tell me all the extra’s I was expecting the quote to be what my cost was he was not completely upfront I felt he held back information to make the sale . He showed me a price on the screen I asked if I should pay then he said no wait until we are done now I know why.

Should communicate the full price break up better. The online quote price from a Big O (same location, same prices) is different from charged price onsite.

Use military discount for alignments. Or have the print better communicated that it cannot be used on an alignment alone. Also, my Jeep still Pulls to the right after leaving.

I have had other cars brought in and have never been charged for a simple diagnosis. I actually took my vehicle to another Big O location for a 2nd opinion, their diagnosis took less time, and I was not charged 1 penny for the diagnosis.

Inform your customer about the service you are providing. This felt like my money is just being taken from me.
