Friendliness of staff and their ability to examine my car without an appointment

The guys were great. They had a struggle servicing my car due to the poor job that had been done by another service center on my last oil change. They resolved the issue and did it right! I will never go anyplace else again.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Very fast, hardly any waiting.

So the guys at our local TK were working their tails off. Not only was a bad pothole destorying rims in the area but a roofing compnay spilled nails all over the highway before morning traffic. Not only did they have their normal scheduled services for the day but also being the closest tire place to the incident were swamped first thing that morning with people needing help with tires (some needing 2/4 new tires sadly). Not only was the team very helpful in the car services but also in helping relay information and help the customers get a better resolution for the accident. Even when quoted much longer time for repair, and I could see hanging ticket wise it might be awhile the team was pushing non stop. I bought donuts from the gas station next door for them because how hard they were working, and as a company this should be a opportunity to reward them. I'm sure those hard working guys would love some food or maybe visa gift cards, and do they ever deserve it after how many tires they were slinging that day. In specific reference the manger was great as well as Fredy & Danny

I had a low tire pressure indicator light on, on my dash board. The technician told me there was no tire puncture, and the tire was just low on air. No charge!!

Ray, the Manager, was very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to explain my charges in detail. People do business with people the like and trust. I will be back.
