The gentleman who helped me, Rashad, was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything that was getting done on my vehicle and also suggested additional services that could benefit my vehicle. I opted for the alignment. Usually employees at these places act like they don’t want to work there but it was the opposite here. The technician who worked on my vehicle was also extremely nice. Not sure what his name was but it was the big muscular guy. If you saw him you’d know! He worked with haste but was also very gentle and careful with everything he did. Overall it was an excellent experience and I’m looking forward to returning for my future service needs

The staff was super nice and friendly. They explained everything and were truly exceptional. I heard them with other customers and it was always the same level of customer service. I only heard very happy customers.

Rashad was very professional and I didn't have an scheduled appointment. Rashad still went above and beyond to have vehicle serviced for me. Rashad Thank you so very much, will be back.

This is our second time at TK. First time for tires and this time for front breaks. Ray on our first visit and Fred and Rashad for this visit were all very on the ball and attentive to our needs. Our appointments were on time and service was completed in timeframes quoted. Doesn't get any better than this! 5+ stars for sure and will definitely go back. Thank you

Friendly, Knowledgeable and Professional!

From the moment I walked into the shop Freddy & Rashad were very welcoming. I think Rashad is a newer employee so, Freddy was showing him a few things in the system. I’ve been a new person on a job, as we all have so, it was nice to see Freddy guide Rashad. I didn’t get the mechanics name who worked on my car but even he was swift. All the guys were. I saw a smooth rotation of cars being serviced and sent out. I read the reviews for this shop and they told not one lie. The waiting area was clean. They were organized. I’m honestly highly impressed. We all know what a chaotic shop or work environment looks like and these guys are far from that.
