Ray Hankins was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I first met him and discussed what I needed to get done to my truck. His suggestions for researching the necessary offset of the wheels was most helpful. The end result was I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price and in record time. Exceptional experience. Even though I hadn't purchased the flat repair package, Freddy, the sales associate did not charge anything to repair the flat.

First of all I was a walk-in didn’t have an appointment plenty of people in the waiting room but the service employee acknowledge me to let me know that he will be with me in a minute and overall supply some Place Pleasant people and fast no complaints

Ray and Rashad (and Tommy and another person whose name I did not catch in the service Bay Area) were extremely helpful, very friendly, respectful, and courteous! Really a great place!

Rashad explained the necessary work that needed to be done. Replacement tire were brought to this location swiftly.
