As a business we had an unexpected flat spoke with Freddy and he was absolutely amazing we have a store down the road from us but I will definitely be taking it out of the way to go to Freddy at this tire Kingdom

Ray Hankins was extremely helpful, very impressed with the service facility and was able observe your employee working, very efficient no slacking as commonly seen in other places of business these days. I came to this new location because of your lead mechanic, Tim who has been very trustworthy in handling my car repairs in the past at another location. will now switch to this store.

Outstanding professional attitude by all, especially the store manager, Rayvorn Hankins. His pleasant attitude and professional demeanor was outstanding. I came in for an oil change and they brought a problem to my attention that I had known about but had not had a chance to take care of it due to time constraints. Ray arranged to have the parts delivered withing a half hour and the repairs were accomplished. Much appreciated!
