very clean write up area. the person who wrote up the order was very professional in his work and his appearance. the building is in a very good location with a high traffic flow.

Very polite

Ray took care of an unexpected ongoing problem with my car that was addressed by NTB in Irving Texas. He worked very hard to sort the issue as well as work with me financially. I will not go anywhere else but this location and will follow Ray if he goes elsewhere if humanly possible. He was upfront, caring and willing to work with me to get my car repaired. I had called other Tire Kingdom locations and did not even close to the honesty and customer service that he provided.

Had appointment, waited too long

I also had a tire rotation scheduled and I waited and was able to see the service being done on my car. I did not see them rotate the tire and I was watching the car the entire time. When I questioned this they said it was done on the vehicle.
