Highly satisfied would be if people and service was above and beyond…. It was not. It was good.

Had a tire that needed a wheel installed but no straight answer why it couldn’t be done. Primary reason i was there was great service

The staff was great but it took more than two hours for an oil change and I had an appointment, I was not a walk-in.

I feel that the employees could be a little friendlier compared to other shops I have visited. I understand that these men are tired, and pretty much repeat the same maintenance jobs all day long, however, I have given this location a lot of business so it would be nice to have a friendlier relationship with some of them.

Buying tires is not something I love doing. The price was right and the service was great. I am overall satisfied with service provided.

Could have been better communication

Just didn't expect to have to buy a new tire; was expecting a repair.

There was an additional labor service charge I was not made aware of for the air filters I purchased.

The facility seemed to be highly understaffed!
