An hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation was a lot more than I expected, but maybe they were short staffed.

My appointment was for an oil change and new battery. Another customer needed an oil change and filter was not in stock. He arrived at 8:30. One was ordered and it took a long time to get. That filter was the wrong one and another had to be ordered. My appointment was at 9:30. At 11:00 my vehicle was still outside. I had another appointment at 12:30 and had to get going. I went to the check out station and the person advised that the problem with the oil filter was causing a major stall in all work. I understand that things like this can happen but giving I had been there for 1 1/2 hours and my car was still outside, I would have thought I would have been advised of the issue and not waited until I went to the front desk. Luckily I live about a mile for the shop and could walk so was able to leave my car there and would pick it up later. The shop called me at 1:00 PM saying all work was complete. when I picked up the car, I was surprised that some sort of discount offer was not made for this inconvenience. I asked about that and was told that since I had used a coupon for the oil change, not further discounts could be offered. I would imagine this could be a management decision.

After two hours of waiting they said they couldn’t find the tires. After 3 hours they were finally done.

The price of tires was good but all the taxes and the other charges that should be including with the tire I took a $139 tire and ended up paying $215 each very dissatisfied with that

Train your counterstaff to pay attention to sales and what they input into the computer so they don't overcharge the customers.

When reviewing cars please give the full detail. My wife left the shop without a oil change sticker and was told the tire pressure light was off. She turned back around for them to scan for the sensors after she told them when she arrived.
