Carry out my simple request.

Oil change and tire rotation. Appointment scheduled for 11:00am. I was told 1-1/2 hrs which I was fine with. Left at 2:30pm 3 1/2 hours later. Never received an update and had to ask what was going on as the vehicle just sat on the lift. Was told waiting for an oil filter. Seriously you knew the vehicle was coming and you didnt have an oil filter!!!

I had an appointment at 10 AM. for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't even take my car for over an hour after my appointment. When I questioned it, they put it on the rack, but didn't start working on it. In the mean time other customers came, got their oil change and left. At one point, one mechanic called to the mechanic working on my car to stop and work on another car. When I complained about the time it took, the response was "I apologize for that". Over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, when you have an appointment, is unacceptable.

Your staff was friendly. However they gave me some false story about why they couldn’t repair my tire that had a nail in it, then went on to tell me I needed 4 new tires because they all had dry rot, which was completely false, i just brought the car her from cold weather climate, by the way, so needless to say I will not be going back & will share my awful experience with everyone i know. I made them patch my leak btw and it’s fine! Not happy that they tried to up sell me, without reason!

had an appointment at 2 pm, car was serviced at 3:40 pm and I arrived at 1:30 pm 2:30 to align a car and that with an appointment, do not accept appointments if you are not going to honor them at the time, thats the whole point of an appointment

Your store manager Ray Hankins was a total snake oil salesman. I only wanted an oil change but he refused to perform the service requested. Instead he told me that I needed new hoses for my radiator and a radiator flush. The cost of the oil change was only $30 but the cost of the work he wanted to complete was over $800. He refused to change my oil unless I paid for the other work. I didn't have $800 after Christmas. I just wanted an oil change but again he refused. I left very angry and will tell 10 people to never go to your store. I live in Gateway close to your store so people will know. I may post a message online about what happened as well. This is no way to run a business. Ray Hankins should be fired. What a jerk.

TOLD ME TIRE REPAIRABLE BECAUSE HOLE TOO BIG....."SCAM FOR TIRE UPSALE". TOOK CAR DIRECTLY TO FIRESTONE AND THEY FIXED THE TIRE IN 30 MINUTES WITH NO PROBLEMS.......WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Nothing, everything was fine. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
