Great sales rep. Really helped with picking out a couple of charms

Availability of my choices. Customer care was knowledgeable for products. Made great suggestions to complement my order.

I was satisfied whit the customer service she was fully attended and was given us different options. Delinette was very helpful and kind and lovely.

The asst & store mgr, Margarie & Michele made me feel extra special giving me so much attention. It was very easy for me to pick something out because there were so much to choose from. And they seemed genuinely happy helping me which made me feel much more comfortable being there (I'm not much of a shopper).

Employees were very nice. She also cleaned my charms very well. Resolved my issue . Will return to the east view location.

As soon as I walked in the door was greeted and helped right away. The sale associate answered all questions and helped me pick out charms
