Katia as well as the other two associates were extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable of stock. The transaction was seamless, and we spoke about who the purchase was for, my daughter's 21st bday. I also asked if I could have my jewelry cleaned, 3 bracelets, and they immediately assured me that was not a problem and took the right to the back. Great interaction today! I love when that happens!

First of all, let me tell you how happy I am to have a PANDORA STORE at the Eastview Mall (in Victor, NY) again!! I absolutely love Pandora and have been a faithful client for at least 12 years! The girl that helped me, Katia, was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She really helped me make the best choices for what I needed (2 gifts, 1 for my sister and 1 for my niece). I walked out of the store feeling happy and satisfied knowing that my gifts will be loved!!

The sales associate was able to give me various options of the bracelet band I bought. I didn't even know that was an option but it showed she cared about whether it fell off or if it fit properly

I had ordered 2 rings, one for me and one for my girlfriend and when they arrived they were the wrong sizes. The return process was very quick and easy. We will be buying the correct sizes next time we go.
