Associates made my return and exchange process very easy. The merchandise was in stock. I was done without a hassle and walked out with what I was happy with!!

Upon arrival at the victor mall store we were greeted with a friendly smile, the person helping us was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was bright and clean. I will definitely be supporting this establishment.

Came into the store with a picture of the bracelet I had been looking at. Dame the manager was the one helping me out with not problem at all and a wonderful attitude:) had no issue making sure I had the right size and things were to my liking. Had a great experience and will definitely be back:)

The ring I got was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful to me while I was in the store. Everything was displayed beautifully and I am very very satisfied with my purchase and plan to get the matching bracelet.

Dame was amazing! He was soo knowledgeable & very helpful! I went in because my bracelet kept unclasping on me & he got out this tool kit to try to help me figure out what was going on. Come to find out the latch on the inside of the clasp was broken. He took his time helping me out showing me all my bracelet options & what ones were going to be the best for me since I want to be able to keep the bracelet on all the time. Will go back there again!!

Our pandora store closed right before Covid started. I hadn’t had my bracelet cleaned since then. The gentleman cleaned it and made it look brand new again. I also had a charm that wouldn’t go on the bracelet he was trying to addd it back on and noticed that my clips had slide down and moved it back into place. The gentleman also added my new charm I bought.

The staff was very friendly. They knew their merchandise and made you feel like you were just talking to a friend.

I've always loved pandora jewelry. I have quite a few pieces with the company. I have had no problem with jewels falling out. Or tarnishing my skin. I have a pair of earing and 3 rings with them. One ring is a replacement for my engagement ring with it Is sent away to get cleaned and I'm in love with it. Also in love with my other pieces of jewelry.

I love the jewelry. I wear my 3 bracelet all the time. Start my niece with hers.
