Not enough staff to assist customers

Some items are very high priced due to third party branding. Unsure if the items are worth the very high price. Purchased anyway as it was a gift.

The sales associate that helped me was amazing, however her manager was extremely rude to her and talked down to her during my time there. It upset me to see such an unprofessional manager treating her worker like she was incapable of doing her job, despite the fact that I was extremely happy with her helping me.

It wasn't busy in the store, but I waited for almost 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me. I almost left but then an associate came over and I made my purchase.

Had to wait 10 minutes outside the store in line before I could enter and make my purchase.
