I wish there was a larger selection of earrings-- you have charms and rings, but you need to carry more earrings. The person who waited in me was great!

When I first came in the young sales clerk was kinda rude. She didn't want to show me all the charms that were available, but the store Manager she came and hd her take out all the trays. I really appreciated her help. Thank you. Store Manager

The young lady was not very knowledgeable about the products. Had to ask the other woman. Seemed a little bothered when asked to see certain things.

I was in and out of the store. The associate was friendly. She was very good at suggesting cleaning products and stackables.

The woman was not quick with her attentiveness to us being in the store. She also was trying to sell the stackable rings so much that she assumed my engagement ring and wedding band were Pandora brand and insisted that they were despite me telling her multiple times WITH MY HUSBAND THERE that it was my engagement ring and wedding band from a real jeweler worth $8,000. He was so offended, and so was I. I understand you are trying to make a sale, but you not listening to us about the things we want on the floor was frustrating. The ring I ended up buying said it was $65 on the floor, and I ended up paying $90, but I was so tired of being in the store I didn't bother to correct her.
