Customer service was extremely helpful. I was very satisfied with my purchase and how I was treated. I was taken care of by Mary Ann, and she did a great job helping me find what I needed.

Went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted, and mackenzie no.226586 was quick to find exactly what i was looking for. She was also very nice to me and was very helpful.

The kindness was excellent, and they were very patient with me and my two daughters. They even went out of their way to get my daughter a water when she told me she was thirsty, I really appreciate everything.

I was able to ask for a type of charm and Majorie was able to pull trays and find exactly what I wanted! She even put the charms on for me and made sure my bracelet fit before I left.

Marjorie K was one of the best sales representatives if not the best I’ve ever had. I had a broken necklace and she was able to replace it and also gave me some great advice on caring for the metal
