The sales associate was very kind and helpful. She showed us many options and helped us to understand how the pendants work. She asked what occasion this was for and helped us to buy something appropriate for our daughter's age. She went above and beyond.

The sales associate was very helpful. She was patient while i was looking and deciding she also helped me get a new chain for my necklace. She even took my old one off put all my charms on a new one then put it back on for me.
