the store was a little busy but she was able to still help!! i did an online order and needed to exchange for a different size. super friendly in helping me try on multiple sizes. i appreciate the help!!

The sales associated were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I gave my husband the wrong ring size and they were able to assist me with an exchange. I will be returning soon to ge another ring.

My sales agent Michelle was very pleasant and professional. She had a strong knowledge of the product and understood my need as a customer in wanting to start my 2nd bracelet. She was the best. I just wish I would have received a box to place my newly purchased bracelet in.

The customer service was excellent and I had all of my questions answered. The sales associate was patient with me and spent the time showing me different merchandise. I also appreciate the associate going out of her way to re-arrange my bracelet.
