Too much waiting time

The burritos were very small compared to what they normally are & the drive thru line was horrible! Took almost 10 mins the get through the line, with 2 lanes open.

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru for order to be taken. Ordered 12 tacos got to the front For pick up , they cramped 12 tacos in a small bag , got home all tacos were smashed and broken no hot sauce or napkins , will not be back , will go to dairy queen next time , which is next door to you .
