I purchased my tires and snow tires from Big O and ever since have been given complimentary tire rotation services. I really appreciate this!

They were very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 40 minutes with a set of 4 new tires and brake check.

We’ve been going to this big O tires location for years. Everyone there is so kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We’ve had excellent service every time we have taken any of our vehicles there. I often recommend them to others.

The front desk person was so nice and personable. She took the time to explain things to me. And I loved loved loved Huckleberry the dog.

The team is very friendly, professional, and honest. I came to buy new tires there last winter, and they told me that my tires were in perfectly good shape, and there was no need for me to replace them, when they easily could’ve taken money from me. Now they have my guaranteed business when I do need new tires. And then this time when I went to rotate tires, they didn’t charge me knowing that I had promised to come back at some point to buy new tires. But I still haven’t bought the new tires because they told me again I could go in another season with the current tires I have. I really appreciate the honesty, and the excellent customer service. I will absolutely go there when I do need new tires, and I plan to get future service at that location because they are so wonderful there.
