Front staff is always friendly, and the guys in the back are knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes I need weird cotter pins or something and they will always go look for them. If you find the right guy.

I scheduled my appointment and I walked in, gave them my name, and handed them the keys. They texted me within the hour that it was done! So easy and so quick!

Great service and great crew

The downtown Boise Big O location is absolitely fantastic!! The people tha work there are exceptionally friendly and helpful... I they care about the quality of the work. I have 6 cars and bring them all to this Big O for all types of services - I have never had a bad experience. There's a Seinfeld episode that tlkas about nothing being better than a good mechanic and this is that place. Super kind people, WAY better pricing than competitors in the Boise area, and they actually know my name and care about outcomes in my cars... one of which is very high performance. I won't go anywhere else!!!!
