It took much longer than we expected so Courtney let me borrow her truck and they worked on my truck until about eight and then they delivered it to my front porch! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! So Thank you! TCV

Everything was great! Alex Mohr was very professional and friendly!! Store was clean!

Front tire exploded, damaging wheel, seal, transmission, line, oil, filter, collar, windshield, washer, reservoir, transmission, overflow container. Brought my jeep in at 8 AM without an appointment and everything was fixed by 6 PM. Unbelievable professional service by my service advisor Bo.

I have used downtown Big O for a long time. I believe they are fair in their pricing and do not recomend repairs that are not truley needed.
