I came in for an oil change and I was offered a free tire rotation. Everyone inside the office area was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as I witnessed them interacting with customers.

They got me in got my truck tires put on then I asked about tires for my escape putting them on tomorrow

When getting other work done, it was discovered by Big O employees that a wrong part had been used by our company mechanic. They were able to quickly replace the parts and get me on the road. Saved me from having to tie up 2 employees to.deliver my truck to our mechanic 2 hours away (2 round trips).
