Good food easy place to meet

The Manager took our order and entered it as a to-go order by mistake. After waiting almost an hour, I notified an order taker who told me the order was entered as a to-go order. The order taker offered to re-make the order and I accepted. After waiting another 15 minutes, I went back the order area and inquired about our order again. I was told that no one had remade the order. I then asked for a refund. The Manager apologized for the mistake and refunded the order except for the tip amount which is baffling. What upsets me the most is that no one checked on us. A waiter passed by 3 times and never stopped at our table. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Up until now, we enjoyed dining at La Madeleine. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll ever go back and may advise our friends not to go. Very disappointed.

My husband and I love this La Madeleine location on Hwy 121 in Frisco, TX. We eat breakfast here every Sunday. We especially enjoy talking with Jeff when we come in. He is always upbeat & friendly & he plays a large role in making this location superior to other La Madeleines where we have dined.

Haven't been here in a few weeks. The food is still consistent and tasty as always. The environment is always friendly and welcoming. I would recommend coming here alot!
