Things here have definitely improved. This was a much better experience than we had several months ago here. There seems to be a new manager who is much more interested in the customer.

I ordered bakery items in the evening for pickup through the mobile app. There were no problems with my order and the food was ready when I arrived.

I ordered bakery items through the mobile app. On the way to the cafe I was contacted by an employee to inform me that one of the items I had ordered was not available. A substitute item was recommended in place of the unavailable item. I was satisfied with how quickly this was handled. My food was ready when I arrived at the cafe.
