Ease of placing order and quality of food

Jeffrey took our order and even remembered our order and name from a previous visit . the food and the service was excellent. lamadeleine serves the best coffee in Plano.

My wife and I have been going to the Frisco store for years. A while back, it just seemed as though the service was not as good as we were used to at this location. We stopped going for a while, but then about a month ago, we came back. It was so much better, we started visiting again regularly. There is a large guy on the serving line who always welcomes us and makes the experience fun. It's not just him, though. Orders are always correct, everyone smiles and seems eager to help. Whatever changed worked for you. Thanks very much; we enjoy lunch there and are so happy that it's doing better.

Went in a bit late, but staff was friendly. Food was good. We eat at La Madeleine quite often, like the way this Cafe us set up.

Food was fresher than we had recently experienced. The guy who filled our order was very courteous. Nice presentation. Taste was good.
