I had a reward to redeem and I wanted to use points for a free drink. I asked the cashier if I could use both and she said yes. The second code didn’t work, however, but the points were still deducted. The manager also could not help, but told me to contact customer support. I did, and hopefully they will credit my 50 points back.

The glass on the front entry doors was extremely dirty. Not at all appealing! Also the floor was sticky. Not a good impression!

The green beans taste great. The chicken has a smell to it and is too salty. The broccoli is cheap quality.

This location seems to lack customer focus. Manager’s have never jumped in to speed up the ordering process. This to me is a lack of training. I know the excessive employee turnover at this location. Where is the are manager?! It appears employees only focus on their position and don’t help when the line is long. During this visit the cashier literally stood in front of register doing nothing but waiting for the next customer to get their order. Why is she not trained to jump in and help the food prep employee? I just don’t get it! Hire me and I’ll run this place and increase your profit!

I appreciated the value on the three-part salad sampler plus a tea for $9.99. It's the first time I felt like there was a competitively priced item for lunch with a friend at your restaurant. Your chicken salad is still entirely too salty I really dislike that I can't scan something in the new app to get points. I will not store my credit card in a La Madeleine app. The only site I allow to store a credit card is Amazon, and I trust their cyber security measures are very robust. I cannot and will not put my credit card in a La Madeline app. So it's a decrease in service for me and customers like me to not be able to get points at the register. I don't like having to scan the app manually.
