I ordered chicken salad as part of my sampler and it was dry and appeared to be left over from yesterday. It didn’t have the great flavor I’m used to.

I am satisfied, it does seem like the cafe is making improvements. I will try this location again. In the past, one time the crepes were cold. This time, they were much better and hot.

The flatware was very dirty. I had to pull multiple forks and multiple knives to find a clean utensil. I almost asked for plasticware. The temperature of my food was lukewarm.

Bread, butter and jellies no longer out for guests. Did not realize you have to request, but figured it out during dining. Would love to have been asked at checkout if we’d like bread, butter and jelly

We went there for coffee and dessert -- the coffee was lukewarm at best and stayed so even though we lingered there for about an hour

My soup was almost cold but the time I sat down to eat. I'm not sure if it was not hot to begin with or what. I also really miss the bread station. I miss being able to get a few slices of bread with butter or jam.

I feel like to be highly satisfied is an above and beyond experience. Overall minus a few interactions I would rate my experience to be about on par with my expectations. Though I did find all the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Coffee needs to be hotter in the urns. It’s not hot enough, lukewarm last 3 visits.

Too many corporate people were hovering around the order station
