The restaurant was very clean and in good order. The young person that took my order was kind and courteous with my request for special adjustments to my order. I sat down without getting my silverware so when the food came out, I had to ask where it was. The restaurant was no busy at all and I would have loved to have had him go get the silverware for me. But he just showed me where it was - he did his job. :)

Service went well. Tea was poor. When brought to the associates attention, it was not resolved.

During my recent visit to La Madeleine, I was warmly greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread and the inviting ambiance of the charming French café. I indulged in their signature quiche Lorraine alongside a fresh salad, both bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive yet unobtrusive, making sure my experience was nothing short of perfect. As I savored a rich chocolate mousse for dessert, I felt as though I had been transported to a cozy Parisian bistro. It was a simple yet enriching experience that left me with a craving to return soon.

I was not highly satisfied because my oder took a long time to arrive, despite being a relatively easy looking order to complete.

The staff was friendly enough. Nothing over and above average was presented to earn a highly satisfied ranking. Everything was as expected.

Everything was as planned.

The other person in my party had already finished their quiche before my sandwich arrived, and that was with then trying to wait a little bit for my food to be brought out.
