Some food actually look better in the advertising space. Quality of food has decrease over the years, now is not the same.

This location no longer has regular black tea (or English) tea bags. They only have flavored tea bags. All I wanted was a nice cuppa on a cold rainy day. They have regular iced tea so it doesn’t make sense. Was told they no longer carry regular tea bags.

It was like every experience. It is a Sunday after church so it's busy. Finding somewhere to sit is always difficult. Mostly clean.

No clean enough take too long for get a double latte Bread is not accessible you have to ask to someone

My hot chicken sandwich was not even warm, it was cold chicken. You used to have bread, jam and butter and it has been so long you discontinued that. Even though it may seem like cost cutting to you, it was keeping our ladied get togethers there longer and we were purchasing more coffee, tea etc to go with it as we sat longer. Cafe is always empty so nothing to worry about keeping the table. Also hot tea water was not even warm, it was really bad. I've been giong to LM for many many years and it has been going downhill in last couple of years. I wish it goes back to how it was before: a pleasant experience.

Great food

The cashier took longer than usual to complete my transaction. The eggs were cold.

The restaurant is slipping -- not be kept clean and food is not served hot. Associates are most pleasant.

My onion soup was not enough in the bowl. It seams less portion compare to my kids soup. I like here a lot and I will still come back
