My coupon for free soup didn’t work at the counter but I ordered online and “picked” up my order and ate in

The potato soup was warm but not hot as usually is. Cheese on top was not melting with bacon like supposed to. No butter or jam available like used to be in the past. Sorry but La Madeleine sadly is not the same anymore…

Your service is very slow and I've noticed different employees every time I come. The food is usually very good, but the service needs improvement.

The only thing i wish was diferent was that our 3 orders of bacon were cold and you could see the fat forming cause of how cold it was

Basic place to eat

Received ONE slice of bread when I asked for bread with my soup. Only one slice prepackaged was so disappointing, since the bread and butter are one of the highlights.

Ordered chicken pesto pasta for my daughter..$15 but barely 6 pieces of chicken and not enough pasta to fill out soup bowl at home. What a complete waste of money... Plus my daughter said it was meh, e.g., bland. Very disappointed...expensive for a mediocre dish.

There were some moments where the order was confused with others, and then I had to wait over half an hour for the next one.

Good food. Good service. Would give them 10/10 if the food is hot enough.

We have come to La Mad for years but the food quality has slowly gone down. We understand cost cutting especially after Covid but the paun au chocolat and danish seem packaged and def not fresh. Even the packaged side bread (that use to be self serve) has lost its freshness. This location has had a broken espresso /latte machine for three months.
