The taste was ok. Maybe I should have asked to have the Nutella on the side. Everything else was fine.

French onion soup is too salty and the quiche is cold

I eat often there. This time the portions were smaller then usual.

Issue with the rewards. I don't understand why the count to next level seems to change backwards or purchases are not acknowledged.

The ordering process was easy, and the food was available when promised. The only error was that the grilled chicken that was meant to accompany our Caesar salad was omitted from the order, which was an important component of that dish. Luckily, I checked the order for completeness in the car, caught the omission, went back in the store and received the missing item. The store was attractive, the employee was helpful and polite, and it was an otherwise positive experience.

Grilled cheese has too much bread and too little cheese. Avocado toast had too little avocado

I know there is increasing Covid-19 cases in the area and no one was wearing a mask.

Evsadly, everything at La Madaleine seems like getting smaller and smaller in size/portion every time I go there. The price is way higher but I feel like getting kids menu even though I am paying for regular adult portion… so disappointing! ;(

Girl took my order and then just hung out at the window to the kitchen. I ordered a pastry so I was confused as to why she didn't just pull out the pastry from the display and send me on my way. So I asked her if she could just give me my order.

The potato gratin was hot and fabulous! The bacon was in pieces and not enough for 15 people like stated for $30. Not worth it.
