The accuracy of order was off. The floors of the cafe was not clean.the tables are too close. The young boys are playing around too much.

I ordered one of you soup and didn’t like it at all, however you your cashier was very sweet and helpful And immediately gave me some thing else. That was very nice

The side was missing for my order. It happened twice before.

Food delivery was very slow. Staff was great

I request a side Cesar salad with my French Dip and for whatever reason wasn't understood. I request a side of mustard and was told not available. Then my food was late.

I ordered a dish with rice. This rice never had bell peppers before and I got long strands of bell peppers, the “green” bell peppers looked brown and old. I took a couple bites of the bell peppers and they were sour! It ruined all my rice, I hate wasting food but this rice had gone bad and I couldn’t eat it. The employees for some reason still served it though, it’s disappointing and scary the low quality of food that is allowed to be served at this location.

An employee didn’t know how to help me with something. It could be cleaner.

We ordered the Bistro Sandwich boxes. Had complaints that there was no mayo or mustard, lettuce or tomatoe for the sandwiches and eating the dry bread was a bit problematic.

They were out of coffee and the manager notified their staff but it took them a while to brew the coffee, I went back to the coffee station twice and on my third try I finally got the coffee.
