The app order is very difficult to use the promtion item. My husband and I couldn’t make it work after spend 30 minutes and had to go to counter to order eventually

Went in about 11:30, ordered 2 French Country Breakfasts, coffee in the containers were cold, had to wait about 5-7 minutes for fresh coffee, the croissant tasted stale, was not fresh.

I customized the dessert catering option I picked, and it was wholly ignored.

Placed an order in person to go. Maybe one other customer in front of us. Took a good 15 min (2 salade samplers ordered…nothing had to be cooked). Got home with our food…husband’s strawberry spinach salad had very little strawberries, nuts, no bacon, etc. My strawberry spinach salad was nothing but field greens. Nothing else. So disappointing. Seemed more interested in online orders than in person orders. Several people working and it wasn’t a a rush. Not the first time this has happened with a to go order at this location.

Person taking order was very rude literally YELLED our order to the cashier. The cashier got the order wrong but when brought to his attention he fixed it. This used to be a quaint, enjoyable and classy place-not anymore!

1. No friendly staff at the cashier - Lack of connection with customers and lac of welcoming atmosphere 2. Scramble egg need to be cooked more and my chocolate almond croissant was not heat it

the food was cold, taste re-heated and not fresh.

I come almost every day to eat they always serve me Cold croissant and coffee is rarely hot todayv the presentation of my breakfast was lousy for the price there is another place with better quality, there is another problem with this location I always have to get up to tell them what happened to my food it is ready but no one takes it to My table needs to improve the service, there is a lot of competition, the McKinney location, the service and food is the best, I have been a customer for more than 20 years

We have been going to this location since it opened many years ago. We have also gone to the two Plano locations for 20+ years. To be clear, our experience today was perfect except for one glaring failure. This location has the habit of putting almost zero sausage in the sausage, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich. Today there were about four or five tiny flecks of sausage in the entire sandwich. In reality, I was given an egg and cheese croissant. In the past, at other Plano locations such as 15th and US75, they just cut a sausage patty in half and put 1/2 on each half of the croissant. This should be the norm for a $9 breakfast item that has three ingredients. Make each ingredient's quantity more equal to each other. If I wanted and egg and cheese croissant I would order it that way. At this point I will try the two Plano locations to see if they have reduced the meat to near zero, but will no longer take a chance on this Frisco location. If I now get flecks of meat at these locations also, I'll stop going to La Madeline for breakfast.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and when served it was not grilled. I was told that the wording was a misnomer, and the sandwich was not grilled but put through something that only melted the cheese. I asked that it be grilled and the server balked and said they do not do that. When I mentioned the manager, she ignored me and repeated her line. I said forget it since I was in a hurry to eat and go. Also. soup came with the sandwich, and I requested mushroom in lieu of the tomato and she said sure, then proceeded to charge me extra and realized it when I went to my table. Terrible attitude on the part of this young lady. A wasted meal on my part.
