The portions were VERY small, we ordered 2 extra eggs and they were also not cooked dry, as asked. the butter was not available and we had to ask twice for it. The muffin was not warned. The Caesar salad was wilted. This used to be my favorite spot, it's gone downhill and they are OVERCHARGING for everything! TERRIBLE, The price for 2 extra eggs was INSANE! VERY disappointing. The servers could care less about the customers.

We try to visit our local La Madeleine at least once or twice a month. We are on a limited retirement budget and we find the pricing, quality and the very liberal portions a vey pleasant experience. The staff is ALWAYS attentive and there is always a Thank You for coming as we leave. Your baked goods are amazing! I have one suggestion...Just keep doing what you are doing!!

did not offer us any bread, butter, jam. and they got the orders wrong - missing kids’ items. did not make it easy to correct. even after they were made aware of the problem, acted very slowly to address. we needed more food. and ordering more foods was even harder than the initial order.

There was no wait. I placed my order. Simple 2 dishes. Took 25 minutes to get it. Had to track it down. Sauce was supposed to be on side but not, so pasta was bland no taste. Food was warm, but not hot. I was only one there to place order. other came and they were served. I askedd where mine was and associate had to talk to cook to find it. Not all got bagged so I left without sauce Augh! This cafe is not as clean or well run as it used to be. Manager with blue shirt loos disheveled and employees seem to not know so they guess how to ring things up.

The problem is not with the food or the employees, the issue is that you have a history of charging me either more or charging double, the last thing that I want to do during the holidays been already busy, is to call you to make the refund my payment, this is such an inconvenience. I have to call you tomorrow to straight up this double charge.

No chicken in the chicken crepe. Complained about it and got a complimentary croissant. Portions were very little.
