Maricel was by far one of the best associates that helped me with my purchase. I especially like the fact that she wore the jewelry to show me and my mom how it would look when worn. From my previous experiences with Pandora associates, she is the only one who did a demonstration like that.

The purpose of my visit was to exchange a bracelet. Purchased online that was too small. Between the two associates that were in the store, both worked together to figure out how to complete the exchange. While I was waiting, I took the time to see what was on clearance and any questions I had they were quick to answer and offer any additional information that was helpful.
