It was the first time my visit to the store turned out to be a great experience. I have always encountered rude, condescending people working there. So going to buy always seemed like a chore more than a positive experience. This time, the seller was extremely nice to me. She made me feel special and like i would drive 30 mins to that specific store again just so i can be helped by her. It is the 1st time i feel like giving a review. That's how good she was

I was the only customer in the store and so the service was fast. The only issue was there was some problem with finding the size of the ring. Your system showed it was there but the associates could not find it but did try to find it. I accepted a larger size. Staff was polite and helpful.

The sales person, aarushi, didn't seem to want to help. She wasn't rude. However she didn't seem to listen. We repeated ourselves several times. Then when I wanted to pay, I asked if she could pull of my Pandora credit card (I wanted to buy more but didn't say this). She asked for my number and said I had no account. I said I have a credit card. She told me several more times I have no account. She never tried anything other than using my phone number. Didn't ask for my name or anything. So I gave up used me amex and walked out without looking at more that I wanted.
