In the time of my visit, the store was really crowded and there weee not enough people to assist the customers. There was not enough samples for all the customers in store

The line is not long but I still waited for over 10 minutes just to pick up an order.

Being how personalized pandora is I was surprised at the limited selection in store and online related to music. Bring back your piano charm! I had to go find other previous owners of the pandora piano charm.

My dissatisfaction comes entirely from the sales associate that "helped" us(Jennifer No. 244767, as per the receipt). She was entirely unaware of the merchandise (Did not even know what a Charm spacer was), and was extremely inefficient in helping us as she would not allow us to look at more than one charm at a time. My visit that could have taken 10 minutes took 1 hour and a half. She also consistently asked us personal questions that made us uncomfortable to accommodate the fact she insisted on showing us one charm at a time. Incompetent workers like her make Pandora look bad and I will not be returning to the Metrotown location if hiring staff is done like this.

Pandora is a really good jewelry store but they do not have my size. Kindly consider getting all sizes for all designs of rings. I really wanted the heart ring but their biggest size is 60 (size 9), sadly I am a 62 (size 10) as I have chunky fingers. I had to return the rings that I had since it did not fit well. So upset my what can I do
