Leanne was most helpful. I had preordered earrings. When I saw them I realized they were larger hoops than I expected. Leanne did the return smoothly and quickly. I told her it was a gift for granddaughter's 18th birthday and she added some tissue paper to make the Pandora bag look more special

I called the store to see if they had the item I wanted, and they did. I arranged to pick up the item, was given the name of the salesperson to ask for, and when I arrived, everything went smoothly. She packaged up the item very nicely and advised me about taking the survey to save on a future purchase. Very friendly and she provided excellent service!
