I am collecting the Disney 100 charms and got a call from the store when it arrived and was put on hold for me to come and pick it up. My bracelet was also styled for me and my existing bracelets were cleaned at no charge.

The lady that took care of us was in a wonderfull mode the way to show the products was very well design the price of the elemens was fair

Great customer service and experience

I went in to do an exchange of a gift I received. It was a ring which I wanted to exchange for a charm. I had an idea of what I wanted but Pinky the sales associate really helped me narrow it down very quickly. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes as both sales associates were busy and Pinky stepped up right away once she was free.
