The sales person was Pegah R. She was lovely- such a pleasant young lady. She was very patient while I selected and went out of her way to show me other items in the store she thought I might like- but in a genuine way. I will ask my sister to go to the Pandora near her and get a matching ring. Thank you.

The salesperson ‘Mahsan’ was very professional. She was friendly, and took the time to help my sister and I who visited Vancouver from Los Angeles. She also offered to clean my pandora necklace that I got in the past. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the customer service Mahsan provided!

When I went in I thought I knew what I wanted however after seeing other items I asked to try on a few different rings before purchasing the ones I decided to go with however the gentlemen who helped me was very kind patient and knowledgeable and also told me about this survey at the end. Where is my other purchase is which I had made two in the past 2 weeks before this one. None of the sales associates told me so I was very grateful for that.

The sales associate, Aneesha B, was very patient and let me try on all kinds of things as I sought to find the perfect piece. She was kind and attentive, without being pushy. She even explained the benefits of free cleaning etc. It was such a positive experience!

Staff Mahsan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is my first purchase with Pandora and I am fully in love with pandora.
