I came into pandora wanting to buy 1 charm since it was a Black Friday discount. Nousha, our sales representative was incredibly kind, friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. Thanks to her wonderful personality, I ended up buying a new bracelet and three charms.

The sales lady helped me find a ring I had seen on an advertisement. She brought a book out, and we went through all the rings to find the one I was looking for. She was very friendly and had a lot of patience.
