The store is in a very convenient location and they had what I was looking for.

There was an associate available right as I entered the store and she patiently showed my all the charms that I was interested in.

The service was amazing, super friendly and kind! I just needed a replacement of a broken bracelet and it was super quick and easy, practically walked in and out. The staff helped me right away with my purchase. They had the bracelet I wanted in stock and let me try it on with my choice of charm.

While I took my time to create my bracelet the sales associate was extremely patient and made and remade what I requested until I was super satisfied.

I was walking by the store and noticed the 50% off sale which attracted me in the store. I ended up purchasing 2 bracelets and a charm, one for my youngest daughter and the other for my granddaughter:)

I didn't have to wait in line. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgable.
