The associate who helped me doesn't seem as knowledgeable about the product. I wish the packaging (paper bag, box, etc.) was more presentable. It was already crumpled like it has been used already.

The sales associate Gurpreet K attended to me after 45 mins while I patiently waited and attended customers that came in after me before attending to me.

The associate that helped me was very not professional and lacked product knowledge. She was helping 3 groups of people at the same time and I felt very rushed as she constantly asked if I was ready to pay. After I payed for my 3 charms, she got her colleague to wrap up my purchase and went to sell to anther person. I felt disrespected and not worth her time. I was very disappointed with the service and I felt very unwelcome. It will discourage me from shopping with Pandora.
