Richard helped us at this store after we put a pair of earrings on hold from a different location. He knew right away when we walked in what we were there for and proceeded to show us different charms to add to these earrings. He was kind, patient, courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly refer his superior service to friends and family. We wouldn't shop anywhere else for jewelry. In fact we were so surprised at his excellence service we commented that we wish all stores were as good as his. Thanks a million Richard!
