My pandora experience was highly satisfied for a couple of reasons. I have shopped at Pandora before and they always have a good selection. The quality of the jewelry is very good and the customer service is excellent. It was a Mother’s Day gift so i know my mom will love it the way I love my own jewelry from Pandora.

Diana was my sales associate, she approached me and offered her help. As an indecisive person I kept apologizing for being such a time consuming client, she would always offer a comforting smile and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase I was making. She was truly amazing, I ended up walking out with DOUBLE of what I was expecting to buy. She was very knowledgeable of her in stock items, and knew exactly what to display when I described what I wanted. I will definitely be returning to shop for me when she’s there!
