The reason i put unsatisfied with an employee which was Mayra was because of her not wanting to be of assistance. I understand the policy but when merchandise has not even been out 2 wks & it was defective, she should be more compromising like Gabbie who was amazing! She stepped in and helped me as the bracelet I had was defective and i had purchased it 2 weeks before. It was uneasy to be told by Mayra that i was just going to not be helped and told that I was out of luck and lost 95 dollars and I would possibly just need to by a new one. I explained that my bracelet broke 6 days after my purchased and it was not fair that they could not look up my purchase as i had the card that I used. Luckily now with Gabbie's help i have a digital receipt which i will not lose. She really helped me and i felt so relieved she was there.

I felt very pressured to buy a lot more product than what I went in for. I asked to see a specific product, I was shown the more expensive product choices. I was given pricing on all items the sales person suggested, when i didn't ask for a price breakdown before my purchase. Once I decided not to purchase the suggested additional items, I felt I was quickly pushed out of the door. I was so uncomfortable, I didn't want to ask any additional questions about products or services.

Waiting time to be attended was long, maybe due to short staff, and the store wasn't crowded when I got in.

The girl that attended us was extremely short and rude. She wasn’t personable in the slightest and when I asked about a ring, she looked me up and down and said we have some, but not in your size. We came to LA to celebrate my sister and moms’ birthday and they wanted to get themselves something for their special day. Arystaysha made us feel not welcomed and that’s why I gave a low rating. I hope she was just having a bad day and doesn’t treat customers like that daily. Julio(I believe was his name) on the other hand was making conversation with the customers he was helping and seemed very genuine.

Employees name is Kemonna H No.221772. Her treatment towards my grandmother and myself was unacceptable. Not to mention she didn’t even bother asking my grandmother if she needed assistance. We were present at the store around 17:25 I hope you check your cameras and notice how my grandmother walked away with disappointment crying. I politely ask that you check your cameras and see staffs treatment towards my grandmother. I hope to soon hear an overall resolution and that your staff apologize for the trauma that her actions caused to an elder.
