The sales associate was very welcoming and very helpful. She made out purchase very easy. Products were luckily in stock and we were able to pay quickly.

When I first walked into the store I was greeted by the associates there. Then once I started looking around Delaney B. Had already asked me what I was looking for and if I needed help. She offered great services on everything and definitely what she was doing.

I am very satisfied with the earrings and items in the shop. The service was really good and attended us very good. The shop is very clean and the people working their are very nice.

I was satisfied witht the service at Pandora Hlendale location. The person who helped me was very accommodating and patiently answered my questions and processed my exchange. Prior to this I went to the Arcadia location and it was awful. I was only trying to exchange a bracelet and was told that they cant do it coz its a free bracelet promo. I was only exchanging the size but they will not entertain me and told me that I should have a code or maybe theyre referring to an RA number in order to proceed with my request. So I called customer service and was told otherwise that they should be able to do the exchange. Long story short I went to Glendale location and it was painless with them.
