The young lady that was helping seemed bothered or annoyed that she had to help us at all even though we were very calm, easy going and quite fast at getting and paying for our product. I bought these pearl dangle earrings that I’d been wanting for awhile for myself because my birthday is this week. I asked to clarify if the pearls are all different and one of kind like it says online and in the catalog and she said “no they’re all produced the same”. Which made me feel like she didn’t know a lot about the product especially when she brought out a couple pairs and they’re all different sizes and shapes. Then she had me make a new account because she wasn’t much help when entering our current account information- which is fine. My husband asked her is she could possibly sanitize the earrings since I wanted to wear them out and have sensitive ears/skin. She didn’t really say anything and just stared at us for a while and then said “I’ll be back” starkly. She came out with them on a cloth and held her hands out and didn’t say anything else (this is all after I had paid already). We told her to have a good night and she said “yeah”.

Sales associate not very upbeat or knowledgeable. New product geared toward the same market. Not enough new charms in category I was looking for.

My husband brought me here to get a sentimental birthday gift. That gift was an engraved charmed with his hand writing. We were NOT given our FREE bracelet, but was FORCED to use the welcome 10% off coupon by VICTORIA. We called prior to coming to this location over an hour away for the specific item we wanted. We were told that it was in fact in stock. We get there and they did not have what we wanted in stock and was inform sometimes associates lie about that to get customers in the store. I wanted this gift from my husband because it’s special and would make his deployment coming up a little bit easier. To say I’m upset is an understatement. We told VICTORIA we wanted to do the free bracelet deal because we wanted it for our daughter to start her bracelet. I would happily pay the difference to get my free bracelet for her even though this associate failed to do us right in the beginning. Everyone in this location talked to us like we didn’t know what we were talking about. I’ve been a pandora customer for years. I wear one of my pandora bracelets daily along with a ring. I’ve never had this issue before or such poor treatment. I would love to have a resolution.

Sales associates chatting and sharing something on their phone, I approached and they walked away! Next associate was hesitant when I asked for help, and made it obvious she was put out.

Amanda and Betzaid manager and assistant manager basically judged the book by its cover not very helpful and felt bothered. Was going to purchase more merchandise but with attitudes like their’s definitely NOT. Get this a lot at the Southcenter store ( Tukwila WA)

Purchased Pandora Bracelet and charms $300 last week. Bracelet too big, drive 60 miles back to shop to exchange for smaller one. Assistant said she couldn’t exchange as offer ended day before / they didn’t have a smaller one in stock. My wife now has a useless 5th anniversary present. I offered to wait and order one - but no, this not possible. 2nd time filling in this form. Extremely underwhelmed…you have no idea how to build brand loyalty. Long time Pandora customer from UK.

I had a problem with 2 of my charms they broke, she didn’t look it up, I ended up replacing them by buying two different charms. She was rudest customer service I’ve dealt with I’ve spent way too much money with your company to get treated like that I’ll take my business somewhere else and I love jewelry……

I purchased my product and because it was a gift I ask the employee if they can wrap it for me and I’d be back in two minutes to pick it up. When I came back to pick it up, I’m not sure if it was the manager that was by the register but she just had the worst attitude and made me feel like I shouldn’t be in the store. If I was not in a rush to buy a graduation gift I definitely wouldn’t have spent my money there especially how I was treated. It would be really nice for your employees and management to be taught about diversity and treating everybody equally because it was kind of disgusting how I was looked at and treated. When I left the store I felt upset that I even spent my money in that type of establishment. Also this is not the first time I experienced this type of behavior from Pandora employees and or management. Please Do Better!
